2005 Barrel Select Chardonnay - Our newest estate grown Chardonnay release. This wine reflects 2005's fantastic growing season. Classic Chardonnay flavors with a slight buttery vanilla finish. Aged in exclusive French oak for 18 months, a Chardonnay to be savored now and for years to come.

2006 Lake Michigan Shore Chardonnay - Our Most Award Winning Chardonnay to date! Our Lake Michigan Shore Chardonnay displays the rich full flavors of melon and citrus fruits with a hint of vanilla. Partial aging in French and American oak barrels imparts luscious mouthfeel with toasty, buttery notes followed by a crisp, clean finish.

Lake Michigan Shore Chardonel - This hybrid has become a star for the Midwestern growing appellations and ours follows suit becoming Tabor Hill's most award-winning wine of 2005 Vintage. A citrus bouquet with pear, sour apple and toasty oak accented with hints of sweet lime.

2006 Lake Michigan Shore Dry Riesling - This Estate Grown Riesling consistently makes outstanding wines in the cool climate of Lake Michigan Shore. With elegant floral aromas and a clean crisp finish, this drier style of Riesling is versatile with many foods, or to be enjoyed all on it's own. Enjoy now or lie down for years of aging enjoyment.

White Heritage - This blend of our chardonnay and chardonel grapes promote great expression of a dry white wine. All Stainless steel aging helped to create complexity while preserving the inherent character of the fruit. Soft and acidic with a light citrus nose, serve with pasta and light cream sauces or with a mild white seafoods.

2006 Lake Michigan Shore Dry Traminette - An intensely floral bouquet of citrus, and grapefruit. A lush mid-palate that follows the nose with flavors of peach and apricot, and slightly white pepper. This wine was awarded Gold Medals all across the country. Pair this dry beauty with mild white sea-foods, Asian food, or Thai.

2006 Lake Michigan Shore Pinot Gris - One of our best Pinot's to date. A fruitful aroma is coupled with obvious pear, melon, and faint green apple. In the mouth the flavors echo the aromatic fruits. The wine enters the mouth with a hint of sweetness then broadens to a medium rich body, and tails to lingering fruit flavors leaving the mouth feeling refreshed for another sip. In the traditional Gris Style, this wine is built to serve as an aperitif or an accompaniment to food.

Dry Red Wines

2006 Lake Michigan Shore Merlot - Our first red release from the 2006 vintage. This Merlot is intense with fruit flavors of black cherries, currants and blackberries. On the palate it's fruit flavors are backed with chocolate and vanilla oak notes finishing with chewy tannins. Although enjoyable now, it's structure permits fine aging for years to come.

Lake Michigan Shore Red Arrow Red - This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Cabernet Franc has a complex nose and finish of berries and cherry with spice and pepper. Will pair well with strongly flavored cheeses, pork and lamb as well as a rich dark chocolate dessert.

SOLD OUT   Lake Michigan Shore Pinot Noir - The newly released estate grown 2005 vintage of our Pinot Noir gives a cherry, strawberry and cedar bouquet with a rich balance of dark fruit and a lightly oaked, tannic finish. This lighter Pinot this will pair well with grilled seafood's, wild game dishes, as well as milk chocolate desserts.

Red Heritage - Described as fruit forward, with huckleberry, plum, black cherry and blackberries with cedar nuances on the tongue. This wine is a blend of several years and several grapes that lingers on the taste buds.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon - The 2005 Cabernet displays the dark cherry, berry and chocolate aromas and flavors characteristic of high-quality west coast Cabs, only difference is that this was all Lake Michigan Shore Grown Grapes! It has seamless structure, velvety tannins, well-integrated oak and rich fruit character. Cellar-aging will enhance the fruitiness for years to come. Definitely a wine that can be savored on its own or paired with a wide array of dishes, including roasts, grilled steak, spare ribs, lasagna, roast duck and wild game dishes as well as flavorful hard cheeses.

2006 Lake Michigan Shore Cabernet Franc - The color is ruby red. The wine shows elegance and balance with layers of soft tannins, berry characteristics and hints of well-integrated oak. Bursting with aromas of ripe cherries and plums followed by fine toasty oak. The mouth-feel is lush, soft, and fruit driven reflecting this ideal year to grow grapes The finish is classic Cabernet Franc made in a perfect year.

2007 Lake Michigan Shore Kerner - An inviting, refreshing Semi-Dry Wine. Delivering classic Riesling type characters of juicy peach, apricot, ripe pear, melon, with subtle mineral notes. An every day Wine that is a pleasure to drink on it's own or match with a variety of foods.

2007 Lake Michigan Shore Riesling - This new Riesling exhibits fruit-driven aromas of ripe, juicy apple, peach and mango and is rich and full-bodied, while maintaining a crisp, well-balanced style that is typical of Lake Michigan Shore. Suggested food pairings: crab, fresh fruit, poultry, mild cheeses, Asian dishes and Raspberry chicken of course!

Blush Heritage - A slightly sweet summer time favorite is a blend of both red and white grapes. Fresh and fruity carefully blended to enhance any occasion. Pair with mild cheeses, poultry dishes as well as fresh fruit.

2007 Lake Michigan Shore Traminette - This premium semi-sweet wine is a rising star in the Tabor Hill arsenal. A floral, fruity bouquet highlights apricot overtones and light peach spices. Served best with spicy dishes, strongly flavored cheeses, not to mention chocolate.

Low Alcohol Wine

Red Light - This low alcohol wine is produced by a state-of-the-art process that lowers the alcohol while retaining all of its best qualities. Dry and grapey.

Cherry Wine - A uniquely spicy cherry wine. Made from the Michigan grown Balaton Cherry this is the closest thing to cherry pie in a bottle. Starts off sweet and ends lightly tart, serve with dark chocolate, cheesecake or drizzle over vanilla ice cream.

Crème Sherry - Light golden-brown color. Creamy, nutty flavors with intense nutty aftertaste. Some refer to this wine as liquid gold. Serve as an aperitif or great with dessert. This will be the last Crème Sherry under a Tabor Hill label get it's before it's GONE!!!

Ice Wine Vidal Blanc - Intense, vibrant fruit flavors and aromas balanced with fine acidity caress the palate leaving a lasting smooth finish. Picked frozen grapes aged to perfection as a desert wine.
